Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit; however, we will work closely with you and the courier to help resolve any issues.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can support you through the claim process.
