Returns & Refund Policy

At Lanimoke, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange as smooth and simple as possible.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in resellable condition

Please note that for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items such as bodysuits, shapewear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at customerservice@lanimoke.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address- 57 Cisco Drive, Whitby, Ontario.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@lanimoke.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Preorders & Sale Items

  • Preorder items follow the same return policy once delivered.

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
